This is a really nice place to stay for a beach weekend at Mentor Headlands; just a short drive from the cottage. It’s got a kitchen with the basics you need and a few extras. The bedrooms are nice. There’s a gas grill outside. There’s a full stock of toiletries if you’ve forgotten anything. The only thing that may not be for all is the “private beach”. It’s a few blocks away; not a bad walk…until you get to the dead end road. Then, it’s a fairly steep hill down to the water. We hike quite a lot but some folks may not be able to do it. The area is a nice place to watch a sunrise or sunset, read a book; you likely wouldn’t be there for swimming or tanning. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again in the future.

Close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Nice clean and cozy house. Was a great way to spend a weekend with my grown kids!

We'll always remember the great memories created at Breezy Paradise. Jake was very helpful and had everything clean and neat for our stay. Location was perfect for numerous beaches and activities. Awesome place to stay!

Everything was very clean. The house was well stocked and organized. The host was absolutely wonderful with communication and answering any questions I had. When you check in, there's a binder of great information that lets you know places nearby, such as restaurants, things to do and everything you need for check out. The beach is a short walk from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I will definitely rent from Jake again in the future. Out of several rentals I reached out to, Jake was by far the best!
